Do I need a deposit to book?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your total service price.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit.
What happens if I am late?
Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in a shortened service or a cancellation. If we need to cancel, the deposit may be forfeited.
Can I book multiple services?
Yes, you can book multiple services in one visit based on availability. If you are unsure what to book, choose the closest option and add a note.
