Quick answers so you can book confidently and show up knowing exactly what to expect.
What should I book?
If you want ultra-clean cuticles, shaping, strength, or help growing your nails out, choose a Hard Gel Manicure. Want length? Book Nail Extensions, which can be done using Apres nail systems or soft gel tips, and add any nail art as needed.
How to prep before your appointment
Arrive with bare nails if possible (no polish) and avoid oils/lotions right before your visit. If you have product on, book a soak-off so there’s enough time for safe removal.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on what you book and if you’re adding nail art. If you’re unsure, choose the closest option and add a note in your booking—your service can be adjusted once we confirm what you want.
Deposits, reschedules, and late arrivals
A deposit secures your slot and goes toward your total. Please reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. If you’re running behind, text as soon as possible—appointments may need to be shortened or canceled if we can’t complete the service on time.
