Booking & Cancellation
Clear expectations so every appointment runs smoothly.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your total at checkout.
Reschedules & cancellations
Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit.
Late arrivals
If you are 15+ minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or canceled to stay on schedule. If we need to cancel, the deposit may be forfeited.
Soak-offs & repairs
If you have existing product on your nails, please book a soak-off so we have enough time for safe removal. If something breaks between visits, book a repair as soon as possible.
